On the 18th October 2023, A-IQ Ready was presented at the European Conference an EDGE AI Technologies and Applications – EEAI, in Athens, Greece. At the conference Reiner John from AVL moderated a special session dedicated to Edge AI Technology Development. The session addressed the convergence of technologies and ecosystems in different industrial sectors and other topics, demonstrating how using AI and standardization combined with dynamic change reshapes industries, breaking down silos and fostering cross-sectoral collaboration. Also, Reiner John gave a presentation about Cutting edge Technology Development, and Ecosystems Convergence.

In addition to this, A-IQ Ready standardization expert Erwin Schoitsch from AIT Austrian Institute of Technology GmbH presented a poster about AI/IoT-Technology and Standards for a Sustainable, Resilient and Human-cantered Society 5.0. The poster presents joint standardization activities in A-IQ Ready, AI4CSM and AIMS5.0 projects. Standardization following the European vision supports Sustainability, Resilience&Digital Sovereignty as well as public acceptance by addressing different domains, the Green Deal and the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
